Requirements

• You bring previous custodial or janitorial experience, knowledge of general cleaning products and equipment, and the ability to follow safety procedures. Dependability, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively with people with disabilities are essential.
• Education & Experience
• High School diploma or GED, or
• Minimum of 6 months previous custodial or janitorial experience.
• Skills & Abilities
• A valid REAL ID is required to enter this worksite.
• US Citizenship is required for this worksite.
• Possess the ability to pass a background check and maintain a clearance.
• Ability to carry out simple but detailed instructions
• Effective communication skills with co-workers
• Positive team player attitude
• Ability to interact effectively with employees with disabilities
• Ability to work safely in environments with narrow, moving, and/or slippery surfaces
