We are partnering with a leading global medical technology organization to hire an experienced IVD Key Account Manager based in Dammam.

This is a high-impact commercial role combining both business development and account management responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business opportunities across key healthcare accounts in the Eastern ProvinceBuild and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and key decision-makersManage and grow existing accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targetsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfactionMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Profile

Proven experience in IVD / diagnostics sales within the healthcare sectorStrong track record in both new business acquisition and account managementEstablished network within hospitals and laboratories in the Eastern Province is highly preferredExcellent communication and negotiation skillsArabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferredWillingness to travel within the region as required
