Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise, government, and education sectors
- Drive demand for corporate training programs, digital learning solutions, and professional certifications
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (HR leaders, L&D heads, CXOs)
- Understand client workforce development needs and align solutions accordingly
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions to clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Partnership Development
- Build strategic partnerships with local training providers, channel partners, and resellers
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand market reach
- Develop joint go-to-market initiatives to accelerate growth
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across GCC markets
- Provide insights to shape product positioning and commercial strategy
- Identify new verticals and emerging opportunities for expansion
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on campaigns and offerings
- Support localization of solutions for regional relevance
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, events, and industry forums
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience inB2B sales/business development, preferably in:
- + Corporate training / L&D solutions
- + Professional certifications
- + EdTech (corporate only) or skills development
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the GCC region
Skills & Competencies
- Strong consultative selling and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of enterprise learning, upskilling, and workforce transformation trends
- Ability to operate independently in a regional, fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Regional Expertise
- Solid network across GCC markets (excluding Saudi Arabia)
- Understanding of cultural and business dynamics in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain
- Willingness to travel across the region as required
