Job Description
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and engage potential clients to expand the company's portfolio.
- Provide expert advice on financial products and services tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance analyses to clients and management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the financial services industry.
The Successful Applicant
- A successful Relationship Manager should have:
- A degree in finance, business, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
- Proven expertise in client relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to meeting client and business objectives.
