What You'll Work On
- Maintain a precise, up-to-date registry of laptops, peripherals, GPU units, and other hardware.
- Lead technical onboarding and offboarding, including hardware and software access provisioning or revocation.
- Liaise with Tech2Let and other vendors on hardware leasing, maintenance, and procurement.
- Implement asset security protocols and data protection standards across company devices.
- Create and maintain SOPs for IT support, system handovers, and emergency recovery.
- Manage secure hardware transfers by wiping, inspecting, and re-imaging devices.
- Provide first-line internal IT support for hardware and software issues affecting the Dubai team.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration.
- Experience managing physical assets and digital inventory systems.
- Experience developing and documenting IT SOPs.
- Knowledge of macOS and Windows administration, including MDM tools such as Jamf or Intune.
- Experience managing SSO and IAM platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, or Azure AD.
- Basic understanding of networking hardware and physical office infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Understanding of data security, disk encryption, and endpoint protection.
- Ability to work onsite in Dubai for physical asset handovers.
