Role overview

Responsibilities

• Create tailored PowerPoint decks, master templates, and component systems for pitches, keynotes, and internal strategies.
• Turn complex financial and technical data into clear visual storytelling.
• Build and publish responsive Framer landing pages, reusable design tokens, flexible layouts, and animations as needed.
• Design and lay out RFP proposals, blueprints, business case summaries, whitepapers, and reports.
• Maintain and scale corporate brand guidelines; create supporting visual assets, iconography, asset libraries, and marketing collateral as needed.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and executive teams to turn raw copy and briefs into polished visual assets.
• Take initiative to build reusable blueprints and address gaps that support core work.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience as a visual, brand, presentation, or multidisciplinary designer.
• Mastery of PowerPoint, including advanced layouts, animations, and masters; and Framer, including CMS setup, component states, and native animations.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
• Strong editorial typography, information hierarchy, grid, and multi-page document design skills.
• Ability to turn complex charts, tables, and numeric data into clear visual diagrams.
• A comprehensive portfolio showing live Framer sites, presentation decks, structured document layouts, and unified branding work.
• Experience with technology brands is preferred; familiarity with Claude Design or other AI design tools is helpful.
• The role calls for teamwork, clear communication, initiative, and constructive use of feedback.

• Presentation design, responsive web design, document and proposal layout, brand identity, typography, data visualization, and visual storytelling.
