Overview
- Support different Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Servers/Clients, System Centre Configuration/Operations Manager, Office 365, Azure, File, Print, DNS, DHCP, WINS Servers
- Maintain Dell-EMC VxRail HCI and VMware Virtualization environment
- Support Citrix Xen App and NetScaler infrastructure
- Monitor Riverbed Steel Fusion HCI for branch offices
- Document process, procedures and infrastructure elements
- Perform proactive patch management of different systems
- Monitor and Maintain routine backup jobs using Veeam Availability Suite
- Ensure the design of the system allows all components to work properly together
- Make recommendations for future upgrades
- Maintain the security and integrity of the systems
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues
- Evaluate and modify the system’s performance
- Maintain the integrity of the network, server deployment, and security
- Test computer equipment, backups, installing and updating patches, installing and rebuilding existing servers
- Diagnose and resolve problems quickly
- Respond to help desk requests after hours
- Communicate technical concerns and solutions to people with varying degrees of technical knowledge
- Work with individuals in all departments to help solve their technical issues
