About This Role

We're looking for a hands-on IT Operations & Systems Administrator to join our team onsite in Dubai. This role is focused on the core operational side of IT, ensuring our internal systems are secure, our hardware is accounted for, and our team has the tools they need from day one.

You will take full ownership from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining rigorous security protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). As the primary point of contact for IT logistics, you will manage our assets and liaise with external service providers to keep our Dubai operations running seamlessly.

What You'll Work On

  • Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain a precise, up-to-date registry of all hardware, including laptops, peripherals, and high-performance GPU units
  • Lifecycle Management: Lead the technical onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all hardware and software access is provisioned or revoked promptly
  • Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Tech2Let and other external vendors for hardware leasing, maintenance, and procurement
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce strict asset security protocols and data protection standards across all company devices
  • SOP Development: Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT support, system handovers, and emergency recovery
  • System Handovers: Manage the secure transfer of hardware between team members, ensuring all devices are wiped, inspected, and re-imaged correctly
  • Internal Support: Act as the first line of defense for all internal IT issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems for the Dubai team

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration
  • Expertise in Inventory Management: Proven track record of managing physical assets and digital inventory systems
  • Process-Oriented: Strong experience in developing and documenting IT SOPs
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of macOS and Windows administration, including MDM tools (like Jamf or Intune)
  • Identity Management: Experience managing SSO and IAM platforms (such as Okta, Google Workspace, or Azure AD)
  • Hardware Savvy: Basic understanding of networking hardware and the ability to troubleshoot physical office infrastructure
  • Security First: A firm understanding of data security, disk encryption, and endpoint protection
  • Reliability: Ability to work onsite in Dubai to manage physical asset handovers and provide immediate support
