About This Role
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 & L2 technical support for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and changes following ITIL best practices.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, VPN tunneling, and remote access solutions.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments including E5 services.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint security solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers and enterprise infrastructure services.
- Perform server monitoring, maintenance, patching, and performance optimization.
- Configure and manage NAS storage systems and managed enterprise switches.
- Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise networking components and structured cabling environments.
- Deploy and support VoIP/PBX systems such as Grandstream.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems and surveillance infrastructure.
- Provide desktop support and full-spectrum network troubleshooting for end users.
- Monitor infrastructure health using IT monitoring and alerting tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure high availability of IT services.
Qualifications and Experience
- FortiGate Firewall configuration
- VPN management and remote access
- Windows Server administration
- Microsoft 365 & E5 support
- Endpoint security solutions
- NAS storage configuration
- CCTV systems
- VoIP/PBX systems (Grandstream preferred)
- 2 to 4 years' work experience
- Degree Holder (Computer Science or Information Technology)
