IT System Engineer (**Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.**)
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, and backup solutions.
- Deploy and support enterprise networking, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, NAS, and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Provide onsite and remote support for AMC customers.
- Perform system monitoring, preventive maintenance, backup verification, and documentation.
- Support project implementation, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Coordinate with the Technical Lead to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of IT Infrastructure/System Integration experience.
- Strong knowledge of **Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Enterprise Networking, Virtualization (VMWare & Sangfor), Storage, Backup, and Firewalls.**
- Hands-on experience with reputed enterprise brands such as **Microsoft, HPE, Dell Technologies, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Synology, QNAP, Aruba, Ubiquiti, and TP-Link Omada.**
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- UAE experience preferred & **Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.**
