About AGORA Technologies
AGORA Technologies is a growing IT Infrastructure and Technology Solutions Provider in the UAE, delivering services in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, Backup & Disaster Recovery, ELV Systems, and Managed IT Services.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic IT Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone marketing and cold calling activities.
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and customer requests.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM/Odoo ERP.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
- Support proposal preparation and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of UAE experience in IT Sales, Telemarketing, Business Development, or Sales Coordination.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, or ELV Systems is preferred.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- AI tools knowledge is an advantage.
