AGORA Technologies is a growing IT Infrastructure and Technology Solutions Provider in the UAE, delivering services in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, Backup & Disaster Recovery, ELV Systems, and Managed IT Services.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Sales Manager** to lead business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and drive revenue across our IT solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE.
  • Lead and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
  • Work closely with technical and presales teams to prepare proposals and solutions.
  • Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunities through CRM/Odoo ERP.
  • Drive AMC, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation sales.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in IT Solution Sales or Technology Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of corporate clients within the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, and Managed Services.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales management.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
  • AI tools knowledge is an advantage.
