IT Support Technician
About This Role
IT Support Technician - Dubai, UAE - Onsite, 12 Month Contract Join a dynamic team providing onsite IT support to ensure smooth business operations. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; manage tickets within SLAs; install/configure devices; control user access; and apply security updates.
Requirements
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in English (Arabic bonus)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Windows OS, network troubleshooting, remote tools, Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams)
Preferred
- Autodesk
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- Endpoint management tools
