We are looking for a motivated **IT Support Specialist** who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and providing reliable support for staff, instructors, and students in a fast-paced educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT technical support for staff, instructors, and computer lab users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows, printers, routers, etc.)
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, lab systems, and IT equipment
- Manage user accounts, access, and basic system administration tasks
- Ensure smooth operation of computer labs and training systems
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity checks
- Assist in setting up equipment for training sessions and workshops
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support role (1–3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting tools
- Familiarity with hardware maintenance and software installation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles is a plus
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
