IT Support Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage accounts and access; maintain IT equipment and asset records.
• Support IT operations at offices, retail stores, and restaurants, including order-picker tablets and devices.
• Support restaurant systems, including Syrve CRM.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues; maintain device security and perform maintenance.
• Manage software and licenses, coordinate vendors, and maintain IT documentation.

Required qualifications

• At least two years of IT support, system administration, helpdesk, or similar experience.
• Practical Windows and business-software support experience; basic support experience with macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, user accounts, and license administration.
• Basic knowledge of networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPNs, IP addressing, and internet troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and office or retail equipment.
• Familiarity with access management, password resets, multifactor authentication, and basic information security.
• Able to troubleshoot independently, communicate with non-technical users, organize requests, and follow issues through resolution.
• Willing to travel among company office, retail stores, and restaurant locations within the UAE.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.

Preferred experience

• Retail, grocery, food distribution, hospitality, or restaurant IT experience is preferred.
• Syrve, 1C, VPN services, or endpoint-management tools experience is preferred.
• A UAE driving licence is advantageous.

Pay

• Pay starts at AED 4,500 per month.

Work arrangement

• Work location is stated as in person; duties include travel among company locations within the UAE.
