About This Role
Provide comprehensive IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for all employees.
Key responsibilities include securing networks, managing user accounts, and fixing IT issues (30–40%) alongside creating, scheduling, and analyzing social media content (30–40%)
Develop and implement IT security protocols and data backup/recovery plans to protect company assets.
Orchestrate and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO compliance.
