Salary Range : AED 3,000 – 6,000 (Depending on Experience)

Role Purpose

The IT Support Executive is responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of IT and ELV systems including CCTV, Biometric Systems, Access Control Systems, PABX, Video Conferencing Systems, LED Video Walls, and Network Infrastructure. The role requires coordination with clients for project execution, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, Biometric Attendance Systems, and Access Control Systems.

Install and configure PABX systems, IP Telephony, and Video Conferencing Systems.

Installation and maintenance of LED Video Wall systems.

Setup and maintenance of structured cabling and network infrastructure including routers, switches, and wireless access points.

Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ELV system issues.

Coordinate with clients for project installation schedules, maintenance visits, and technical support activities.

Prepare site reports, service reports, and installation documentation.

Assist in project execution, testing, and commissioning of IT and ELV projects.

Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and service calls.

Maintain inventory of IT equipment, tools, and spare parts.

Follow company procedures for service reports, client approvals, and documentation.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Networking, or related field.

Relevant certifications in Networking, CCTV, or Access Control systems will be an advantage.

Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years UAE experience in IT Support / ELV Systems.

Hands-on experience in:

• CCTV Systems
• Biometric Systems
• Access Control Systems
• PABX Systems
• Video Conferencing Systems
• LED Video Wall Installation
• Network Setup and Troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of IP Networking, Routing, Switching, and Structured Cabling.

Ability to read network diagrams and system layouts.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Fluent English speaking required for client coordination and support.

Other Requirements

UAE Driving License preferred.

Willingness to travel to client sites for installation and support.

Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities.
