Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, software, and networks; diagnose and resolve technical issues and perform routine maintenance.
Help keep systems reliable so they can support daily business operations.
Support and equipment
- Provide onsite and remote employee support across locations; install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, barcode scanners, and other equipment.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity; set up devices, email accounts, and access permissions under company policies.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment allocation and collection.
Tickets, records, and security
- Log, prioritize, and resolve support tickets and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain IT asset, equipment assignment, and technical documentation records; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Follow security policies and support device updates and endpoint protection.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting; understanding of networking fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including email setup and user account management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; able to prioritize and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
