Responsibilities
- Manage property sales, leasing, and rental negotiations.
- Build relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and investors; conduct property viewings and present suitable options.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions; prepare offers, proposals, and transaction documentation.
- Monitor real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
- Follow up on leads, client inquiries, and ongoing negotiations; achieve sales and leasing targets.
- Maintain client records, property listings, and CRM updates; prepare performance and transaction reports.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Support and guide junior negotiators and recommend improvements to sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property negotiations.
- Proven record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, business development, lead generation, and client management skills.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, property pricing, leasing practices, regulations, and contractual procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines, work independently, and support junior team members.
