Overview
Amjad Smartech Solutions is looking for an IT Engineer to join our team.
We are seeking a motivated individual with good technical knowledge and willingness to learn and grow in the IT field.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain computer networks and servers
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Install and manage Windows systems and Office 365 environments
- Manage NAS storage solutions and backups
- Configure and maintain VoIP communication systems
- Install and support CCTV systems, especially Hikvision
- Configure and manage UniFi networking products and ecosystem
- Configure and maintain Fortigate firewalls
- Perform structured cabling and onsite IT support when required

- Networking and server management
- Windows administration
- Office 365 support
- NAS storage management
- VoIP systems knowledge
- Hikvision CCTV systems
- UniFi products and ecosystem
- Fortigate firewall configuration and management
- Basic cabling and troubleshooting skills
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
