VRS Technologies seeks a Temporary IT Engineer in Dubai for a three-month contract.
The role provides user support and covers hardware troubleshooting, networking, Windows systems, and professional resolution of technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and applications.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of networking devices and peripherals.
- Maintain IT equipment and ensure systems work properly.
- Provide onsite technical support when required.
- Maintain records of IT support activities and resolved issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of IT Support or IT Infrastructure experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 2,079.46–6,708.43 per month; the structured salary field states AED 2,079 per month.
