IT Service Manager – Capital Markets (ECM/DCM)
About This Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Owner (Manager) to lead technology strategy, architecture, and delivery for platforms supporting Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) .
This is a leadership role requiring a strong blend of capital markets domain expertise, technical knowledge, and delivery ownership .
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end technology service roadmap and execution
- Act as a Servant Leader , building and enabling high-performing, autonomous teams
- Drive Agile and DevOps practices across delivery teams
- Lead architecture and optimization of ECM/DCM platforms including:
- Deal Management
- Investor Management
- Book Building
- Settlement Systems
- Ensure delivery across scope, budget, timelines, quality, and risk management
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define roadmaps and product vision
- Manage vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Drive innovation using AI, automation, and cloud-native technologies
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards
🎯 Key Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in IT within banking or capital markets
- Strong experience in ECM/DCM platforms or capital markets solutions
- Proven track record in end-to-end delivery and platform ownership
- Experience in Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively
