About the Company

German FinTax Consultancy is a professional services firm based in Dubai providing accounting, audit, VAT, corporate tax, business setup, AML compliance, and financial advisory services to businesses across the UAE.

We work with companies across multiple industries and help them stay compliant with UAE regulations while improving their financial processes.

As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our presence in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads specifically for **accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and audit services**
  • Approach business owners, startups, and SMEs across UAE
  • Convert qualified leads into clients
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets and regularly report progress to management
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery
  • Identify and approach potential clients for accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and audit services
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain company services
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional services

Requirements

  • Minimum **1-2 year UAE experience in a similar role** within: Accounting firm, Audit firm, Tax consultancy, and Business setup consultancy
  • Proven track record of **selling professional services in UAE**
  • Strong understanding of **UAE VAT and Corporate Tax landscape**
  • Existing network of UAE business clients is a strong advantage
  • Ability to generate leads , work independently and close deals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with UAE business environment is preferred
  • Experience dealing with SMEs, Free Zone companies, and mainland businesses
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
