IT Service Engineer (Field Support)
About This Role
- Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced IT Service Engineers for on-site support in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling field service calls, device deployment, and maintenance across schools and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle collection and delivery of IT devices (laptops, tablets, etc.) from customer locations.
- Ensure proper device handover using collection & custody forms
- Perform on-site and off-site troubleshooting and repair when required
- Coordinate with internal teams for repair status, spare parts, and updates
- Manage inventory and spare parts efficiently, ensuring proper tracking and accountability
- Maintain accurate records of devices collected, delivered, and under repair
- Perform device installation, configuration, and deployment
- Ensure all service activities are properly updated in the system (tickets/reports)
- Follow company processes for parts handling, returns, and replacements
- Maintain professionalism while dealing with school staff and customers
- Ensure timely closure of service requests and high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and troubleshooting
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments

Mandatory Requirement:
Valid UAE Driving License
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with MDM tools.
- Experience in school IT support experience Hardware Repairing is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Hardware Repair: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Required)
