Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across ICT, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, AV, ELV, AI, and related technology solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers; understand requirements and coordinate with presales and technical teams on suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation, and closure.
- Prepare or coordinate commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations; negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining healthy margins and following sales policy.
- Meet role-related KPIs, maintain a strong pipeline, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and solution presentations; identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and opportunity updates.
What you’ll need
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT, ICT, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, AV, ELV, AI, or technology solution sales.
- Experience in a system integration, technology solutions, or IT services company; the posting separately specifies 3 years of system integration experience as required.
- Good understanding of the UAE technology market and proven B2B sales and business development experience.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle and close opportunities; understanding of solution selling, commercial proposals, and sales pipeline management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-management skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence and experience with CRM tools and reporting systems.
Pay
- The posting lists pay of AED 7,000–15,000 per month.
