Executive Assistant to General Manager - Operations

Role summary

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily business and operational activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, Technical, Projects, and Administration teams.
• Track priorities, deadlines, approvals, action items, and project updates.
• Manage meetings, agendas, minutes, follow-ups, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Monitor quotations, purchase requirements, deliveries, and operational documentation.
• Identify delays, gaps, and pending matters and escalate them when needed.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and external stakeholders when required.
• Support process improvements, KPI tracking, and internal workflows.
• Maintain confidential business records and management documents.
• Handle ad hoc operational and administrative requirements of the General Manager.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Business Operations, Administration, Coordination, or a similar role is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM or business management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with senior management and coordinate across multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay

• AED 3,000–6,000 per month.
