About This Role
Job Title: IT Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and confident IT Sales Executive with strong communication and B2B sales skills to join our growing team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, inside sales, recruitment consultancy, or B2B business development, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through outbound calls, emails, and business outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and business owners
- Present company services professionally and confidently
- Manage sales pipelines and update CRM systems regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate follow-ups and reporting through CRM platforms
Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE with a valid own residency visa
- Candidates from pure B2C retail, hospitality, or customer-service call centers will not be considered
- Fluent in professional English with strong verbal communication skills
- Must be comfortable speaking with UAE business owners and decision-makers
- Experience using CRM systems for at least 6 months is mandatory
- Must clearly mention the CRM system previously used
- Must be willing to work from office
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 2 weeks preferred
- Must be comfortable with the offered salary structure and commission model
