Cybersecurity & IT Sales Specialist

Responsible for identifying client technology needs and offering tailored cybersecurity and IT solutions to businesses. Builds and maintains strong client relationships, generates leads, conducts product presentations, and manages the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell cybersecurity solutions such as network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, SIEM, and managed security services.
• Promote IT services including infrastructure solutions, cloud services, software licensing, hardware, and technical support.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, solution demos, and technical sales presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and negotiate pricing.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions based on customer requirements.
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and IT infrastructure.
• B2B sales experience and account management.
• Lead generation and business development.
• Proposal writing and contract negotiation.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• CRM tools experience (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Certifications are a plus (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH).
