IT Sales & Business Development Manager – IT Staffing & Projects
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven IT Sales & Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT Staffing, Resource Augmentation, and IT Project Sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with reputed MNCs and possess a strong network in the IT industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing and IT projects.
- Acquire clients for technologies including:
- Cloud Technologies
- Cybersecurity
- SAP
- Data Engineering
- AI/ML
- Software Development
- Infrastructure & Networking
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate with recruiters and technical teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable staffing or project solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in:
- IT Staffing
- IT Sales
- Business Development
- Technology Consulting
- Previous experience working with reputed MNCs or large IT firms.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to bring direct client requirements and project opportunities.
- Experience in domestic and/or international markets is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Existing network with IT clients and vendors.
- Experience in contract staffing, permanent hiring, or project-based staffing.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
