• We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to lead end-to-end project delivery while ensuring business requirements are effectively captured, analyzed, and translated into technical solutions.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
• Coordinate between development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
• Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Perform impact analysis and support solution design decisions
• Ensure proper change management and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare project status reports and executive updates
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• **3–6 years of experience** in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis
• Strong understanding of **software development lifecycle (SDLC)** and Agile methodologies
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience managing cross-functional IT projects
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Azure DevOps)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of system integration and enterprise applications
