Senior IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of complex technology delivery initiatives and ensure alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and stakeholder expectations.

You will be responsible for driving structured delivery across multiple teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

You will be based in Riyadh, working closely with engineering, product, and business leadership teams in a fast-moving enterprise environment.

End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT projects across multiple technical teams.

Program Coordination: Manage cross-functional dependencies between engineering, infrastructure, QA, and business units.

Risk Management: Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and continuity.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Governance & Reporting: Maintain structured reporting on project progress, KPIs, timelines, and resource allocation.

Continuous Improvement: Enhance delivery frameworks and introduce best practices to improve efficiency and predictability.

6+ years in IT project management, preferably in enterprise or consulting environments.

Delivery Expertise: Proven track record managing complex, multi-team software or infrastructure projects.

Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery frameworks.

Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar enterprise project management tools.

Communication: Strong ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business domains

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼32,000.00 per month
