IT Officer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage RAID configurations, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and server migrations.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and user access management.
• Manage virtualization platforms and monitor overall infrastructure health.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, storage, and network security devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and cloud-based services.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain IT security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Align IT operational processes with ISO frameworks and support audit requirements.
• Perform regular system updates, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset inventory, and system configurations.
• Provide technical support to end users when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum **5 years of experience** as an IT Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft 365 & Azure

• Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware)

• RAID, Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Server Migration

• Firewalls, Routers, Switches & Network Security

• Storage Management
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Virtual Machines (VM), and email administration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO frameworks and IT governance is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
