The employer is hiring an IT Manager to lead regional IT strategy and oversee IT systems, infrastructure, service delivery, and security.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement regional IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, servers, and software applications.
- Maintain system availability, performance, data integrity, and cybersecurity across locations.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity protocols, disaster recovery plans, and backup strategies.
- Manage IT service delivery and support for all departments.
- Assess technology needs and system requirements, and recommend technical solutions.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, license renewals, and vendor relationships.
- Lead digital transformation, automation, and process-improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data-protection regulations, and audit requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability analysis.
- Coordinate global IT teams on corporate systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and infrastructure projects.
- Lead incident response, troubleshoot system failures, and oversee root-cause analysis.
