IT Infrastructure Engineer

About The Role

• Huspy is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to scale and strengthen the company’s IT infrastructure, workplace technology, access management, endpoint security, SaaS administration, and office systems.
• This is a Dubai-based role with company-wide scope, focused on improving IT operations, security, scalability, automation, and overall employee technology experience across Huspy.
• The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
• Own and scale Huspy’s overall IT infrastructure across offices, distributed teams, and workplace technology environments
• Manage and optimize employee devices, SaaS platforms, access management, endpoint security, office networks, and collaboration tools
• Provide day-to-day IT support across laptops, accounts, VPN, Wi-Fi, hardware, software, meeting rooms, and internal systems
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, account provisioning, access revocation, and IT asset management
• Administer and maintain tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, MDM platforms, and other business-critical SaaS systems
• Strengthen IT security posture through MFA, Zero Trust principles, endpoint protection, device compliance, access governance, and security best practices
• Manage office infrastructure including networks, firewalls, internet connectivity, workplace technology, and video conferencing systems
• Partner closely with Security, DevOps/SRE, People, Finance, and Engineering teams to improve IT operations and governance company-wide
• Oversee IT vendors, procurement, inventory tracking, renewals, warranties, and lifecycle management of devices and systems
• Build scalable IT processes, documentation, automation, SOPs, workflows, and support standards to improve operational efficiency and employee experience
• Continuously identify infrastructure gaps, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities to enhance reliability, scalability, and long-term operational maturity

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, corporate IT, or workplace technology
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, and SaaS administration
• Experience with MDM, endpoint security, IAM, MFA, and access management
• Good networking knowledge across VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and troubleshooting
• Experience managing IT vendors, assets, procurement, and device lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, security-conscious, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
