- Mandatory details/Skills – 3 –5 years of experience and Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products — Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and ideally Azure AD / Microsoft Intune.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, cabling, rack systems, and system rooms.
- Own the full IT asset lifecycle — from procurement and installation to CMDB record-keeping and disposal.
- Provide first-level IT support for users, resolving tickets end-to-end and escalating complex issues to L2 teams when needed.
- Support retail and local business applications in coordination with central Digital & IT teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of local infrastructure — floor plans, LAN diagrams, hardware/software inventories.
- Enforce and comply with global IT governance policies, standards, and security requirements.
- Assist with local IT budget planning and cost control for assigned entities.
- Coordinate user requests with responsible managers, ensuring alignment before procurement or changes.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, or a similar hands-on IT role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products — Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and ideally Azure AD / Microsoft Intune.
- Practical experience with networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, cabling, switches, and network documentation.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and working within a ticketing/ITSM environment (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Experience maintaining a CMDB or IT asset register.
- Strong communication skills — you can translate technical issues into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, on-site environment with remote support from global teams.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
