As we continue to bring to life award-winning venues and experiences our EMEA Practice is looking for a **Entry-Level IT Helpdesk Technician** based in our Riyadh studio.

About the Role

  • This role sits within our IT team.
  • The Entry-Level IT Helpdesk Technician is the first point of contact for colleagues requiring technical assistance and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of IT services within the Riyadh office.
  • **Key responsibilities include:*** Provide first-line technical support to staff in the Riyadh office and remote support to regional colleagues where required
  • Monitor the Helpdesk system and email inbox, ensuring tickets are logged, prioritised, and resolved within agreed timeframes
  • Set up and support end-user devices including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Assist with onboarding new starters, including account setup, hardware allocation, and induction support
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues, escalating more complex problems to senior IT team members
  • Support meeting room technology including video conferencing systems and presentation equipment
  • Maintain printers, scanners, and general office IT equipment, ensuring they are operational at all times
  • Assist with IT asset management, keeping accurate records of hardware, software licenses, and equipment loans
  • Support office IT infrastructure including WiFi connectivity and basic network troubleshooting
  • Liaise with external vendors for equipment repair and maintenance where required.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user guides and IT documentation
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
  • Provide general support to the wider IT team across the EMEA region
  • *Working hours to be 09:30–18:30 – 1 hour lunch break, with flexibility required around business needs.*

Key requirements include

  • A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and develop within an IT support environment
  • Customer focus – ability to provide friendly, responsive, and professional support to colleagues
  • Communication – clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving – basic troubleshooting skills with a logical approach to resolving issues
  • Time management – ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Initiative – understands when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate
  • A passion for information technology and eagerness to build technical knowledge
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and willingness to support the needs of the business
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general IT systems is desirable
  • Previous internship, coursework, or entry-level IT experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
