Role Overview

IT Infrastructure and Support

• Manage and maintain hospital IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, printers, and Wi-Fi.
• Provide technical support for Hospital Information Systems, EMR, and other healthcare applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
• Ensure uninterrupted IT operations supporting clinical and administrative services.

Security and Systems

• Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance systems, IP telephony, and access control systems.
• Ensure data security, regular backups, antivirus protection, and system updates.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for IT support and maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• At least one year of IT experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Hospital Information Systems, EMR, and healthcare IT infrastructure is required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, firewalls, VPN, and backup solutions is required.
• Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, and IP telephony is an added advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
• UAE healthcare experience is preferred.

• The work location is in person at Crown Hospital One Day Surgery in Musaffah 11, Abu Dhabi.
