Crown Medical Management is hiring an HR Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement.
- Coordinate visa processing and employee documentation.
- Handle DOH licensing and the TAMM Portal.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience; UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–5,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
