Overview

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hardcore experience in Windows-based IT environments
• Strong expertise in:
• Windows OS administration and troubleshooting
• Windows Server installation, configuration, and management

• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

• Network user and server management
• Microsoft Outlook email setup, troubleshooting, backup, and user support
• Antivirus installation, configuration, monitoring, and management
• System security and access control
• Excellent knowledge of:
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of all types of software applications
• IT infrastructure support and troubleshooting
• Backup, recovery, and system monitoring
• Tech-savvy professional with awareness of the latest AI technologies, cybersecurity trends, and digital transformation tools
• Strong passion for digital research and keeping up with the latest IT technologies, tools, and trends
• Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows servers, users, and network infrastructure
• Install, configure, and support software, hardware, and operating systems
• Set up and manage antivirus solutions and endpoint security systems
• Configure and support Microsoft Outlook email accounts and email-related issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and security
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues promptly
• Research and recommend new technologies and IT solutions
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
• Support ongoing IT infrastructure improvements and upgrades

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, or Hyper-V
• Familiarity with firewall, VPN, and cybersecurity solutions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications are an added advantage
