Manage and support the company's IT infrastructure.
The role calls for a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and hands-on server, biometric system, and email configuration experience.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and IT systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot biometric devices and attendance systems.
- Configure and maintain company email systems and user accounts.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup.
- Support staff with hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain IT documentation and follow company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT services and support.
- Provide IT support at site and project locations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of server administration and network systems.
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting biometric systems.
- Hands-on email configuration experience, such as Outlook or Office 365.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Compensation
- Full-time role.
- Pay is AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
