The role supports digital transformation through technology expertise, customized platforms, architectures, strategies, and digital solutions.
What you'll do
- Enable clients to use agile methods and modern approaches in strategic IT implementation.
- Develop and deliver customized agile training and coach clients through day-to-day problem solving.
- Shape digital transformation while balancing technical solutions and client circumstances.
- Design tailored customer journeys informed by analysis and market trends, including machine learning.
What you'll bring
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant IT consulting experience and experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner with agile client software teams.
- Track record orchestrating transitions and coaching teams in large, complex agile programs across organizational levels.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and beyond.
Preferred certifications
- Formal agile qualifications or Scrum Alliance certifications (CSM/CSPO/CSD/CSP) are highly desirable.
- Scrum.org certifications (PSM/PSPO/PSD) and SAFe certifications (Scaled Agile/SPC) are highly desirable.
