Role overview
The IT Business Analyst connects information technology and business administration, improving IT products and services and identifying technology solutions to business needs.
Responsibilities
- Liaise between the IT department and executive branch and communicate information across business units.
- Understand strategic business needs and growth plans; analyze technical systems, business models, and business needs.
- Improve IT product and service quality and source and implement business technology.
- Use IT data to generate business insights and inform decisions.
- Produce application development and implementation reports and run A/B tests, analyzing the results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least four years in an IT management position and technology-driven role.
- At least two years of experience in the insurance field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.
- Very good to excellent English skills.
