The employer seeks a junior Collaboration Consultant and describes the candidate as a creative problem solver who responds rapidly to escalated issues.
The role combines broad networking knowledge with specialist collaboration expertise.
Responsibilities
- Use analytical processes to resolve issues and translate complexity into clear communication and action plans.
- Support customers during software deployments and proof-of-concepts in coordination with account teams and Cisco engineering.
- Deliver migration plans for software upgrades and understand networked applications and dependencies.
- Perform hands-on network management, availability, and capacity planning.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Candidates must be junior or have been out of work for more than three months, have IT experience, and be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- At least one year of network consulting or operations support experience is required, including collaboration troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.
- Knowledge is required of Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), CMM Module, WebEx, Contact Center Express, and Contact Center Enterprise.
