The role supports stakeholders and delivery teams in backlog definition, prioritization, and solution delivery.
Work arrangement

Duties
- Guide stakeholders in defining, managing, and prioritizing backlogs and Agile value delivery.
- Help define project vision, strategic direction, and objectives; maintain the product backlog and ensure team understanding.
- Support technical requirements documentation and advise developers and analysts on business requirements.
- Define and adjust deliverables and release strategies as business needs change.
- Coordinate scope and plans across workstreams, including budgets, risks, issues, communications, and change management.
- Attend Agile ceremonies and recurring meetings; collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, analysts, and integrators.
- Assess impacts on people, processes, data, and systems, and engage stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of BPMN and Scrum; Viadee is listed as an example tool for BPMN.
- Excellent spoken and written French and functional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in a team and independently, with strong influencing and persuasion skills.
Assets
- Insurance and financial services expertise is an asset.
- Application system enhancement experience across multiple business functions is an asset.
- Cloud environment knowledge is an asset.
Compensation
- The posting provides an estimated range of 60,000–110,000 dollars without specifying a pay cadence.
