Responsibilities
- CAFM Management
- o Manage the implementation and ongoing operation of the CAFM system.
- o Configure and customize the CAFM system to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- o Develop and maintain data standards and procedures for the CAFM system.
- o Train staff on the use of the CAFM system.
- o Generate reports and analyze data from the CAFM system to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- o Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in the utilization of the CAFM system.
- o Collaborate with operations departments to ensure seamless integration of the CAFM system with other business systems.
- o Stay informed about the latest advancements in CAFM technology and evaluate potential upgrades or migration to new systems.
- Technology Infrastructure:
- o Assist in managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, telephone, software, and network systems.
- o Monitor system performance including ERP and identify potential issues, taking proactive measures to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- o Research and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and enhance operational capabilities.
- o Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the technology industry and market needs relevant to the company's operations.
- Support and Training:
- o Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of the CAFM system and other relevant technologies.
- o Develop and implement user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials to ensure effective technology adoption.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- o Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- o Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to understand their needs and identify technology solutions to improve their work processes.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
