About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and track service requests through the CAFM/helpdesk system
  • Assign work orders to technicians and monitor progress
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Follow up on pending jobs and ensure timely completion
  • Update asset, maintenance, and service records in the CAFM system
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of service records
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Escalate critical issues to management when required
  • Monitor SLA/KPI compliance and service performance
  • Support mobilization and operational activities as required
  • assigning work orders, inspection, quotation submission and checking awaiting proposals in vendor cafe
  • Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
