About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and track service requests through the CAFM/helpdesk system
- Assign work orders to technicians and monitor progress
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Follow up on pending jobs and ensure timely completion
- Update asset, maintenance, and service records in the CAFM system
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of service records
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Escalate critical issues to management when required
- Monitor SLA/KPI compliance and service performance
- Support mobilization and operational activities as required
- assigning work orders, inspection, quotation submission and checking awaiting proposals in vendor cafe
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
