Overview
We are seeking a reliable Helper to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at our Ready Mix Concrete batching plant.
The candidate will support plant operations by keeping the premises, equipment, and common areas clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean batching plant floors, chutes, hoppers, and common areas
- Wash and clean concrete mixing equipment and tools
- Dispose of concrete waste, debris, and sludge safely
- Support plant operators and technicians during cleaning and maintenance
- Maintain housekeeping standards around plant, office, and storage areas
- Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times
- Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance needs to the supervisor
- Assist during peak production hours and shift rotations if required
Requirements
- Basic education
- Experience in Ready Mix
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in hot conditions
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline
- Immediate joiners preferred
