We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding payments, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely collection of dues.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
- Maintain collection records and prepare reports
- Coordinate with accounts and sales teams regarding payment status
- Resolve customer payment queries professionally
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license
- Ability to join immediately is preferred
