What You'Ll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the Local Market channel.
- Manage distributors, dealers, and key customers while strengthening long-term business relationships.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets through effective business planning and execution.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market coverage and revenue streams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to maintain competitive positioning.
- Lead commercial negotiations and annual business planning with customers and partners.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, inventory management, and collection performance.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, SCM, and Finance teams to support business objectives.
- What you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development.
- Proven experience managing distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Strong commercial negotiation and business planning skills.
- Experience in sales forecasting, market analysis, and performance management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Nice if you have
- Experience in the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliance industry.
- Knowledge of Saudi retail and local market channels.
- Experience with market share analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Existing network within local market distributors and major retailers.
