Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business inputs Lead monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle and align with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams Analyze forecast accuracy and implement improvement actions to reduce gaps Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence Support new product launches with forecasting and demand planning strategies Prepare and present demand planning reports, insights, and risks to management Collaborate with supply planning and procurement teams to ensure efficient replenishment
